You know traffic is bad in Manila when volunteer fire trucks are equipped with multiple sirens from different countries, all going at once.
My favorite is the
Iverson Fire Rescue Volunteer Brigade Inc. on YouTube. They have a Japanese fire truck equipped with a Japanese-style siren, a Japanese-style electronic bell, an American set of wails (police & EMS style), a European-style two tone, a Q Siren (American-style Fire Engine), and air horns.
If I learned anything from watching Filipino firefighter videos, I learned that the Q Siren is the best, the European-style bee boo bee boo is least effective, and if you are really serious, have at least three going at the same time, plus the air horn.
