We have discovered that some people are having problems receiving emails from Hubzilla Monster. Many email providers are putting our emails in the spam folder, or are rejecting them completely.
It appears that some email providers have increased their security, requiring us to change how we sent email. For those who are technical, we had to add a DMARC entry to our DNS for these providers. The changes have been made on our side, but it may take time for email providers to recognize our changes.
Also, if you are receiving our emails in your spam folder, please always mark them "Not Spam" so that it trains their system that our emails are not spam. Adding us to your contacts list also helps in many cases.
We have temporarily suspended new registrations from Gmail until the issue is resolved. Existing members who use a Gmail address can still use their account, however you may or may not receive emails from us until the issue is resolved.
