I think I need to change how I interact with the fediverse. People are way too judgmental and saying the wrong thing could lead you to being cancelled or blocked. I don't want to get fired or rejected just because someone does not like my sexuality, lifestyle, politics. or profession.

So I will split myself into multiple personalities. I will keep things professional on my public accounts. I will talk about my lifestyle and sexuality under an alias. I will talk about politics under a different account.

I will also stop replying to people's posts, unless it is something professional, for the most part. If I have something to say, I will instead just post it on one of my many accounts. People don't like it when you disagree with them, so if I disagree, I won't reply.

It is sad that I have to do this, but people on both the left and the right are way too judgmental and make too many inaccurate assumptions about you based on a tiny fraction of information.

It is interesting being a multi-faceted personality. On one hand, I have my race and skin color, which people make assumptions about. Apparently we must vote a certain way because of our skin color. We are not supposed to think for ourselves. And then there is my sexuality, which unless I talk about it, you would probably never guess. And then there are my political views, which are based on my own philosophy of love, and the concept of live and let live. And then there is the professional self and the family self. I can't be myself lest I be judged. It is a lot to deal with.

My wife told me to add slur to the pasta sauce to make it thicker, but I told her that was offensive, so I will just mix in corn starch and water instead.
